Setting up your boundaries

I had a great day yesterday and it was enhanced by cooking vegan stroganoff with my dad plus, playing Yahtzee with Kill (although he wins at everything!)

One thing I thought on yesterday, were my standards of behaviour when it comes to tricky personal situations. I dislike conflict and I love when things feel good between people. Sometimes, this means that I could be more assertive when my needs are being trampled. This is especially important because I'm trying to melt cancer and it takes a lot of effort. Negative energy gets in the way of my goal. There are lots of examples of  examples of negative energy but Kill reminded me that, in my life, I focus on the positives.

I think that people, when unkind, are mostly not aware that they've done it, so I've created a few sentences to help extract me from negative situations. Add a few, if you can!
