This post is where I toot my own horn but it's still fun! My trainer, Patrick, told me last week that when he was referred to me by the coordinator of trainers, the man told him "Cailey has some pretty serious cancer related things she wants to work on but you'll see when you meet her that it's like she's won the lottery." Although we all have sad days (I had one yesterday) that comment pleased me greatly because it's even higher praise than my standard goal which is to leave things more pleasant than I found them.
It's really not that difficult, all you have to do is notice other people for positive things they do or say. You can always fall back on noticing their style too. I find human beings to be like little sponges for pleasantness. They can't get enough of it :).

I think that if you can give love to someone and it doesn't hurt you to do it then give it what you've got. Studies show that positive interactions with strangers also give you little floods of endorphins all day long. Go make a flood of endorphins today!
Love,
Cail
p.s. Kill and I are having a special date night tonight; so fun!!
