Doesn't getting those extra hours in the morning feel so refreshing? I mean, if you can get them which can't always be the case. I got them this morning and boy do I feel refreshed!
I especially needed it after electing to wear high heels yesterday but finding it hard on my back. Sometimes, I make dumb mistakes but I just want to see what the boundaries are and now I can pull back because high heels are off the table :)!
I also hired a personal trainer this week, which seems like something only celebrities can afford but it wasn't too bad. I'm going to meet Patrick the Trainer this morning and he's had a broken back too. I'll train for 3 months to see if it improves my back pain and mobility. If not then I may talk to my doctor about a spine surgery. You need to try the alternatives to know if they help, I figure. Plus, I can only imagine that health care professionals would want to try many things before taking the risk of surgery!
Have a fantastic day,
Cail

Certainly do not wear your heels when you go see Patrick, he would laugh at you doing your push ups in heels - you would be the prettiest in the whole gym though.
Happy work out!

Thank you Bella's mum! There are a lot of girls at the gym though who look like actresses or professional dancers. I just wear a shirt and a pair of shorts because I'm not trying to pick up a guy... Oop's already the best one.
This post made me think of those Body Break commercials we use to see as kids during the 70's, 80's and 90's. With Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod. I wish he would bring back the mustache!!
Keep fit, have fun! :)
Hope this post brings a smile to you, yours did to me.
