Today, I went to physio and I was very pleased. It was like being at the doctor but more in-depth and specific. Pertinent questions were asked, I was stretched out and we experimented to find my current physical limits. Excellent day.
I wrote my grandma Lavender a letter (do it, it will give you such pleasure) and now I'm going to attempt vegan corn bread. More on that
Here is a video of me eating my breakfast and I said in my letter today that "I don't know how long I get to live but that I love living right now". Not a bad mantra, huh?
Have a prosperous day!
p.s. Whom ever last threw-up in the wild (on our poll) is my new favorite! Fingers crossed that some one has thrown-up on another person. That would really be vile. When I was a teacher, I loved the kids who would be sick in their hands rather than the floor, now that's conscientious.

Cail, that is a great mantra for us all and I hope it is yours for a long long long time. I am glad the blog login is normal today and not the weird adult site I got yesterday! Physio sounds awesome. (PS You and Elle will always be my sweetie babies)xoxo
Uncle Groovy always got car sick and puked on someone...I too, love the lost art of letter writing. And your mantra...I think we should all adopt it!

Uncle Groovy....love it! I remember him smoothing his eyebrows as an example of groovy???
I'm taking your mantra to heart! It really is the best way!
I found some lavender too! Delicious! Thanks for the tip; I now keep a little beside my bed; love the scent; so soothing.
